When Kelsey and Mark came to me to plan their wedding, the first thing they told me was that they wanted to be married outdoors. They’ve visited Breckenridge countless times, and have such an appreciation for the mountains we’re nestled in, so we knew we needed to highlight how beautiful everything would be in late August.
We headed up to TenMile Station, an on-mountain venue that combines sweeping views of the Rockies with serious Colorado charm—perfect for Mark and Kelsey’s rustic-elegant vibe. They said “I do” on the patio, between planters overflowing with blush garden roses. I’m still swooning over Kelsey and her bridesmaids’ rose and succulent bouquets! One of the things I love about TenMile Station is that you are really the only ones up on the mountain. It gives the whole celebration an intimate feel that’s hard to beat.
Inside, guests found their escort cards nestled into bud vases, then made their way to sweet, summery tables. We tied sprigs of rosemary to each napkin, which made the room smell heavenly.
Bloom Flower Shop studded the centerpieces with pink and orange garden roses for a pop of color that made the reception feel playful and fun, and cascaded rosed down the cake (by Sugar of course!).
We’re so excited that Kelsey and Mark’s wedding has also been featured on Mountainside Bride!
