Rachel and Casey’s Luminous Winter Wedding at Zach’s Cabin

Working with Rachel to design her wedding was an effortless dream. She has an unusually clever ability to blend rustic with romantic, sophistication with ease and beauty with approachability. The styling of her wedding attire was perfection, and I have to give props to Christy Ogden for her fresh hair and makeup styling. We all were a little gaga when Rachel walked into the room! And then there is Casey, the groom. He is the manager of Beano’s Cabin, the sister property to Zach’s Cabin. His menu selections were divine, with my favorite choices being the oyster and champagne bar. Personally, it is wonderful to work with local couples because I often develop friendships and I am thrilled to be able to see them around town and give them both a hug and smile. Congratulations to sweet Rachel and Casey. Your wedding was magical!

I am an event planner located in Breckenridge, CO. I absolutely love my job and am amazed on a daily basis by the interesting work. Things I love. . . a job well done, Billy Collins poetry, discussing politics with my dad, reading historical fiction, listening to my children giggle, having martinis with my amazing girlfriends, trail running, simply being with my mom in any capacity, walking the streets of New York City and Paris, taking a full afternoon without interruption to prepare a dinner party, world music, John Coltrane, a bud vase of fresh flowers on my desk, telling stories with my huge family, listening to Neil Young around a campfire, going to concerts at Red Rocks, traveling to new places and always visiting at least one art gallery, going to the theatre, Broadway musicals are my favorite, being near a river and thinking, naps. . . being with my husband.
